I brought my daughter and some friends with me on a business trip, and the Plaza El Bosque Suites was the perfect choice for our lodging. The room was just right for the four of us, the food was great, the location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the metro, and the staff was outstanding. I will definitely book this hotel again in the future.

The hotel is situated in the bustling business area, making it perfect for travelers on business. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with attentive and helpful personnel throughout my stay. The room was well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. I felt comfortable and cozy in the room, thanks to the heating and air conditioning.

This hotel has it all! The location is perfect - close to a mall, great restaurants, and everything you need. The staff was friendly, helpful and available to help me with anything I needed. The facilities are impressive, and the cleanliness of the hotel was noticeable. Plus, the breakfast buffet was delicious and had something for everyone.

Big room (including living and kitchen) for a bedroom price. Located in the business/restaurant area
They charge internet access (even for wi-fi). Breakfast was poor and slowly renewed.

Spent Christmas with my family at this hotel and it was amazing. the staff was friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. the breakfast buffet had a great variety of items to choose from and the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and it was easy to access many nearby attractions. We especially loved the beautiful views from our room's balcony.
The slow and unreliable internet connection which made it difficult to stay connected with loved ones during the holiday season.

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly, efficient and helpful. Our suite was comfortable and well equipped. Very good breakfast.
This was the only hotel (out of five) that we stayed at in Chile and Argentina that charged a fee for internet access.
